At Little Molly’s Cheesecake LTD, we proudly handcraft fresh, custom-made cheesecakes for the local Aberdeen community. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a clear returns and refund policy in accordance with UK and Scottish consumer law.

1. Custom and Perishable Goods

All of our products are:

  • Freshly made to order
  • Perishable in nature
  • Often customised to your specifications

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)

Therefore, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for unwanted items, change of mind, or individual taste preference.

2. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled collection time.

For cancellations less than 48 hours before collection, refunds may not be possible depending on the preparation stage.

To cancel, please contact us using the details below. We must confirm your cancellation for it to be valid.

3. Collection and Responsibility

All products must be collected at the agreed time from our premises. Once the product has left our shop, we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Any damage incurred during transport
  • Improper storage or handling

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a product that is clearly damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of collection.

We may request:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product
  • The returned item (or remaining portion)

If we confirm the fault was ours, we will offer you either a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference.

5. Allergies and Dietary Information

Please inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering. While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Our products may contain traces of:

  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Nuts
  • Gluten
